Send no money now. Contestants can enter more than one time. Each video clip should show one parent and one child. (But we can fudge a little...). Duplicate clips will be deleted. The cost to enter and upload your clip is $5.00 for each video clip. The ages of your dancing toddler should be from 3 to 6 years old. (But we can fudge a little...) The description of each of the ten dance categories can be viewed in the image gallery to the left and/or the bottom of this page.  When you're ready, choose your dance by selecting the dance item from the 'Choose Your Dance' drop down menu at the top of this page. You can begin to complete this form by entering your personal information to the left. Don't forget to hit ENTER. We can't wait to see your dance!
